That’s why LPL developed the Independent Advisor Institute (IAI). The IAI immerses qualified individuals in a year-long, full-time training and educational program, working with successful, established LPL financial advisors, who will help prepare them for a productive future as advisors. In the process, students become LPL employees and are guided through the licensing process and coached on how to acquire and retain clients, while also becoming proficient in LPL systems and software.

The program helps existing advisors like you by saving the time it would take to train new advisors and providing a steady stream of new, trained advisors who already know the LPL way of doing business. It’s also a great way for your existing staff to develop and improve their skills in order to take your practice to a whole new next level.
